In what currency are the items in the catalogues priced ? :-
All Prices are in Great Britain Pounds (£.p) Postage/Shipping is extra. Customers will be invoiced in GBP. Overseas customers will also be invoiced in US Dollars or Euros. (To convert to your particular currency click on current exchange rate or the banner on my Home Page)
How do I order ? :-
You may order items from catalogues or other lists at the fixed prices indicated and subject to stock availability by following the steps below:-
(1) - From the catalogue select the relevant item that you would like to purchase. (2) - Copy the selected text with stock reference number using your edit button. (3) - Go to your send message page and paste the copied text into your email by clicking your right mouse button or using your edit button. (4) - Edit the text in your email message to your requirements. (5) - Repeat the above for any other items you would like to buy. (6) - Email your completed order to me. (7) - I will acknowledge your order and then email you a proforma invoice including postage/shipping costs. (8) - On receipt of payment I will then forward the ordered items on to you.
You can of course use your own preferred method of ordering. How can I see illustrations of items for sale ? (a) - When browsing each catalogue you can see an illustration of any described item by clicking the item reference number to the left of the text. (c) - You can also go directly to my online photo albums where all the items for sale are illustrated in categories. Just click on the album (category) you are interested in. You will be taken to my online photo album for that particular category and you will see thumbnail pictures of items in the chosen category. You have also the option of viewing in a larger detailed format or in a slide show format. If you click a particular photograph you will get a larger view plus a text description. Order in the usual way. How do I pay ?
UK customers can pay in GB Pounds by Cheque, Postal Order, Cash or via PayPal.
None UK customers can pay in preferred GB Pounds via PayPal. You can also pay in Euros or US$ by Cash or via PayPal. (Cash payments are sent at your own risk and should be securely packaged) (Due to high clearing charges I cannot accept Euros or US$ in cheques/checks or money orders)
PayPal - You can send money over the internet on a person to person basis using "PayPal" Once you are registered the service is reliable and easy to use. (Includes credit card payment)
Please note that you do not pay any charges to PayPal (I pay the charges)

How can I obtain discounts on items purchased ?
You can obtain discounts on completed orders from any catalogue or combination of catalogues on my website.
2.5% discount if invoice totals between GBP 5.00 and GBP 10.00
5.0% discount if invoice totals between GBP 10.00 and GBP 25.00
7.5% discount if invoice totals between GBP 25.00 and GBP 50.00
10.0% discount if invoice totals between GBP 50.00 and GBP 100.00
12.5% discount if invoice totals over GBP 100.00
I will calculate any discount due before sending pro forma invoice.
Is there any guarantee on items purchased ?
Items are sent on full approval and to your full satisfaction. All items in the fixed price sections are described to my best ability. If you are not completely satisfied or you believe I have described an item incorrectly then simply return the goods for full credit. How quickly are orders processed and delivered ? I will process orders and enquiries as soon as possible after payment has been received but please bare in mind that I am a one-man operation and a backlog often builds up especially when I have been away on holiday, when a new catalogue has been published or when there has been a large eBay entry.
Will you take suitable collectable items for cash or credit against purchases ? I am interested in taking suitable items for stock. Please contact me first if you have anything to offer. Please note that I am now very selective and my buying-in prices are at reduced trade rates. How can I rely on your service?
I strive to give an efficient and swift turn-around baring in mind that I am a one-man business with other commitments (wife and family, large garden, etc., etc.)

How can I see your current items up for auction with eBay ?
Please note I enter interesting items up for sale via eBay on almost a daily basis. Click here to see my current eBay auction items. Once you arrive at my eBay items page it may be in your interest to add it to your favourites.
How can I make sure I am fully notified of when new catalogues are published and when interesting items are entered up for auction ? Join my FREE secure private emailing list and receive - New Catalogue announcements, Special Offers to Members only, Notification of when I enter important and interesting items with eBay, Etc., Etc.! Simply send me an email requesting that you wish to join. How do I know what has been newly added to catalogues ? To see what has been newly added to any particular catalogue - just scroll down until you see a RED date. This date indicates when the item was added to the catalogue. The red date will be removed approximately after three months.
